Hinge collars, pallet collars are of coniferous trees. They can also be made of deciduous wood - aspen. The wood of 18-20% moisture is used. The metal galvanized hinges are used for the pallets collars. The thickness of the hinges is 1.25 mm, 1.50 mm, 1.70 mm. Dimensions of the collars: 600 x 800 mm, 800 x 1200 mm, 1000 x 1200 mm.

We can:

  • produce the collars for pallets of various sizes;
  • thermally treat the products in accordance with the ISPM-15 standard;
  • We produce collars with hinges of 1.25, 1.5 or 2.00 mm thickness;
  • we fulfill the order within 1-2 weeks;
  • we deliver to any place in Europe or other continent;
  • The pallet collars are packed according to the clients' request: 100, 105, 110 or 120 pcs.;
  • Standard pallet collars: 600x800; 800x1200 and 1000x1200.
